When you create an account, we collect your email address and any profile information you provide. Authentication is handled by Clerk (clerk.com).
When you upload an audio file for transcription, the file is sent to Deepgram (deepgram.com) for processing. We do not store your audio files on our servers. Deepgram returns a text transcription with word-level timestamps, which we may store to enable session restore functionality on your device.
By using our transcription feature, you agree to Deepgram's Privacy Policy.
We collect data about your transcription usage (duration of audio processed) to enforce plan limits and calculate billing. We do not collect the content of your transcriptions for any purpose other than returning them to you.
Payments are processed by Stripe (stripe.com). We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by their Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your audio content to train machine learning models.
